Being on the bench is triggering my anxiety in a way I’ve never experienced before. I’m in a constant state of panic, have chest tightness, feel like I am short of breath or someone is strangling me..

Sorry to hear this - two suggestions that may help.

1) Eating healthy and exercise will help in calming your nerves and giving you an outlet. Just drinking yourself to sleep is at best a short term relief and try not to become alcoholic.

2) What if layoffs do happen? Is your resume up to date? Have you posted it on various job sites? Are you actively applying to roles? Here is the deal. ACN is a big revolving door, and their lay-off decisions are made without emotion. Thus most employees are at risk of losing their jobs. Your best plan of action is to be prepared. The market is good, and the search process will give you the much needed confidence that all will be fine. You’ll notice the marked difference in your anxiety being reduced. I’ve been in your shoes and wish I had acted upon it sooner. It helped me, and I hope it helps you too. Good luck!

I have been on the bench since beginning of January. Some leadership told me to start looking for a new job. I kind of just accepted my reality and am trying to look forward to finding a new job and finding a new place to grow. Sucked at first but I would rather not work in a negative toxic environment...

Both. I’ve never liked being on the bench but also worried about rumors of layoffs.

It’s a rough bench for everyone. Been on the bench since December.

Just gotta know that it’s not that big of a deal and if you accept that you can’t control it you’ll probably feel better.

When I was feeling high anxiety like you described above OP, I couldn’t do any HITT exercises since it felt the same as my anxiety. It felt like it just made the anxiety last longer. My anxiety felt similar. Like someone was stepping on my chess pushing it and putting all their weight on me.
Yoga worked better for me at that time in my life. I also went to a doctor and was prescribed Xanax which I could only use occasionally.

I had never felt that in my life before. It was triggered by an unexpected break-up. It lasted a week before I finally called a doctor. I would wake up in the middle of the night with my chest hurting. I thought maybe it was in my head. I’m young and fit. But in the morning when I did deep breathes I could feel the place where it hurt so I knew it was real. I did go to therapy too. I still experience it from time to time but only lasts a day or two.

Sometimes I have to excuse myself to walk outside to try to breathe but nothing is helping. My heart just races and I feel like I have lack of oxygen. Do I need meds?

Try getting a high dose of magnesium and glutathione via IV. Many companies will give you a vitamin iv at your home or office. Magnesium and ashwagandha will alleviate the stress.

Have been taking Modafinil for last two weeks after being on Adderall XR 30 mg for past few years.

It is a game changer in my opinion, my sleep has improved, my focus is more steady throughout the day and i dont feel “cracked out” like you typically would coming down. Highly recommend to any of my ADHD friends here

There is a ethical issue with the Nagarro interview process. Why don't Nagarro make the job interviews aligned to the same level of client interviews. Client interviews in Nagarro is tougher than job interviews. This way Nagarro is increasing the bench strength but then putting extra pressure on the candidates in to find a project. Keep the same standard of the interview for both job and client. This way both will be in a good state of mind.

Since I have been working at this school it seems like everything I do in my classroom it's something wrong with it according to my supervisor.
