You have to speak up. Complaining/venting has its uses.
I got to a point where I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the all nighter. It’s a bad place.

This. The culture where I am has twisted into something that a lot of people can keep up with, but I can’t. I have 3-5 hours of internal meetings daily (where each my camera is required to be on) so little hours to actually get the work done from these three different roles. The all nighters almost feel like my ideal working hours to just cut out all of the noise and work. But my body is paying for it and like you said, very bad place.

Set boundaries. You are not going to be rewarded. That coworker that works a flat 40 will get the same raise and promotion as you. Don't let this become the norm.
Take today off and sleep

Speak up before it’s too late. The more you take on, the more will be expected. And until you set boundaries it’ll continue. Honestly, no one should be pulling all nighters. Their lack of planning doesn’t constitute you losing sleep and feeling like this. Stand up for yourself. If it’s 3 roles, they need to hire more people or ask others to pitch in. Make it clear that it’s not about money—it’s about work/life balance. Trust me…I learned the hard way that not enough sleep is going to burn you out big time.

(CONT.) Everything I’m being asked to take on are technically a total of three different roles, but they are very siloed - so it just looks like I’m the jerk whose late to the meeting. I’m venting/confessing and realize that I will probably need to speak up about this soon - but just needed to say it to someone because it’s been very rough. I can imagine he knows why I was late to today’s meeting, but it’s so embarrassing generally. I’m exhausted.
Pragmatism before martyrdom!
I don’t think taking a day off will get you out of this pattern. I have some trauma from doing this to myself for 2 years. Now that I’m on the other side , I have perspective. You need to consider finding a new company and starting fresh with new boundaries.
I would set hard boundaries such as I was able to do 2 all nighters in a row but going forward I will not be able to do those. Let's discuss the areas where we need others to pitch in or hire. And pose it as its not a question!

You need to tell your manager and then immediately take a full day to sleep and recharge.
