Co-Founder here. I have 25% of the company, and the other 2 cofounders have 10% and 65%. The 10% cofounder hardly does anything anymore. The 65% co-founder still seems dedicated and I think it’s largely because of sunk costs (this person put in most of the money). I don’t believe in the startup anymore, which seems to be a good indication it’s time to quit. Any advice for quitting and leaving your company in an even worse state as a result? Thanks 🙏

I was tapped to join a startup 2 years ago as a head of growth. In my deal, I'm paid salary and receive 7% of commissions on deals I bring in. The entire team that started has left so I'm basically running the company's day to day alone. Marketing, product, content, and operations- you name it. I basically do everything except finance. The business is basically being built on my back right now. Do I have a fair deal? What questions should I be asking?

Hi is it good to say that I already have an offer letter of one company(X) to another company(Y) to get better offer, I just got scolded by HR for this. also I lost the opportunity in Y.

HR scolded me regarding trust issues, time taken to interview a candidate, you will go and come back again to negotiate and what not, all I wanted to was just to improve my current offer.

Is it ethically wrong, or we should never share what offer we have to anyone.
