My spouse works for a Fortune 5 company. This company says it stands for equity and inclusion and it offers as an employee benefit coverage for fertility-related medical expenditures.

Specifically, this employer’s fertility benefits provide up to $25,000 for fertility expenditures to heterosexual couples, and $0 to same-sex couples.

How do we contest this inequitable employer policy?
