Anyone work at OneDigital? I am going through a process for a lead Integrations Analyst. Salary? 401k? benefits? Environment?

Best ML classes / courses? Don't wanna be an engineer, just a PM on an ML product.
Have past experience as a PM on ML (Fraud Analytics), but want to get back to it and preferably something tangible like Autonomous (cars, trucks, etc) or Healthcare (imaging, prediction).

Am I overthinking this? I need to transfer my old PwC 401k and pension plan to my new company 401k. I’m a little afraid to do it given the volatility. I’m worried there could be a swing in the market it the time it takes to liquidate the old account and transfer it over / get it reinvested.

To start on the road to FIRE, do you save everything in taxable brokerage accounts? Since can’t withdraw 401k and IRAs till age 59 1/2?

Im currently a Product Manager, soon to be Sr. according to my boss. But I don’t think I’m actually good at my job. Big strategy leaves me a mess of nerves and it’s not healthy long term. I’m torn. Middle of last year my parents “separated” because of my dads drinking problem (well overdue and I’m glad my mom kicked him out). He lost his job around the same time frame due to covid and started using his 401k for alcohol and honestly idk how much he has left. J moved home to support my mom and sister, but I’m torn if I should help him out because he doesn’t have work. Half of me is like this is your fault for 20+ years and the other half is just like I’m the only person he got ATM
