Strict no-meetings or emails after 5pm policy A few weeks ago, my junior emailed me at 5:30. The next day she explained she had written the email at 4:30pm but had packed up before the email sent and it sent when she plugged back in at home. She wanted to assure me she wasn’t working past 5pm. That’s the way it should be When I find my juniors online after five I ask them what they are doing and encourage them to wait till the next day
This is actually awesome. Sounds like a great culture to be a part of
Because I work like 8 hours a week and take home almost 6000/mo after taxes. It’s such an easy job that I’d need to find a company that can effectively double the take home pay and actually give me learning opportunities to consider leaving SAP. Can coast to retirement here.

Work from home
I have a peaceful team. Absolutely no drama.
Yup. We have a lot of sovereignty over our work hours, long as the work gets completed.

They leave me alone and let me do my work and go about my day
Work from home, great work life balance, extremely supportive and understanding team. Those non-tangibles are few and far between in my opinion.
Opportunities to do interesting and challenging work, growth opportunities
4 day work week. I’m starting to consider an exit because of this.
