How do you navigate getting a referral on a platform like this? Genuinely curious on if HR/Recruiting asks how you know the person you're referring, or if they don't care where the referral comes from.
Really interested in a junior PM role at Razorfish. A close friend currently works for a different Publicis org, so not sure if a referral from them would mean anything.

I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?
Anyone in eyp restructuring willing to refer?

Don't bug consultants on a Friday night 🤔
Serious note, be human. Enjoy your last year of college, keep broadening your network and nurturing all of your relationships. Don't get arrested and travel. You should also know not to ask these kinds of questions on Friday nights, the first night consultants have in their home city.

Don't ask questions like this on a Friday night with the firm title...president
Travel abroad. Use some credit cards if you have to. But I recommend traveling abroad.

Don't come to consulting. Go to a top law school instead. You will come out making $180k.
