Has anyone ever interviewed at Prelude Therapeutics?

I am close to three doctors, and they are all cardiologists. They work very long hours (most of it is spent sitting around doing nothing from what I can tell). Is our job harder than theirs?

My organization absorbed another and the former deputy PM became a branch head - a demotion. For org was more focused on tech dev and not delivering a product on a sked. New org is very focused on that. He is not a driving leader, but is the only one with the tech knowledge needed. He is retirement eligible. He has no heir apparent - previous org didn’t plan that way. If I move him under someone who is a driver - he retires and I lose the knowledge. If I don’t, we may not meet schedules. Advice?

I failed my first exam and now I am having a difficult time gaining the focus and drive I once hard to study and seat for another… did anyone went through that same thing or similar how did you over come that? I tend to set high expectations for myself and get overwhelm when those expectations are not met… but I’m working on that.
