Travel Q: I typically leave my apt at 5:15 for a 7AM flight out of O’Hare. For the next 3 weeks I’m taking a 10AM flight. Any thoughts on traffic/when I should leave? I live on the near north side.

I recently accepted an offer and have onboarding coming up. Any idea how busy I’ll be in the evenings for those couple of days? Due to the size of our team and the old school CD who leads it who 100% is biased against women, there is ZERO growth opportunity for me. On top of that, promotions and raises are frozen for everyone due to the pandemic. I've been a DD for 4.5 years and 6 total at this agency. I've made it clear in 2019 I was interested, made a case, and was told there are no positions unless someone above me leaves, but even then a male colleague will likely snag it.
