Where are your day trips? You probably want something close to the train station(s). There’s a Marriott next to St Pancras & another within walking distance of Victoria (St Ermins). We love st e’s

Bath, Windsor Castle, Stonehenge - one super long day but may stay in Bath. Another to Bristol maybe. And Edinburg. Possibly Oxford

Brixton

I live in London. If you can, Hilton Paddington. The heathrow express is from paddington, trains to bath are from paddington. If you are renting a car, it’s a pickup point. Bakerloo line gets you to Piccadilly Circus and Oxford Circus. Just so convenient.

If you want elsewhere:
The Trafalgar (next to Trafalgar Square)
Park Lane (Green Park/Hyde Park/Mayfair)
Bankside (London Bridge)

Due to the size of our team and the old school CD who leads it who 100% is biased against women, there is ZERO growth opportunity for me. On top of that, promotions and raises are frozen for everyone due to the pandemic. I've been a DD for 4.5 years and 6 total at this agency. I've made it clear in 2019 I was interested, made a case, and was told there are no positions unless someone above me leaves, but even then a male colleague will likely snag it. Is this a sign I should look elsewhere?

More often than not I get this heart racing
desperation for an explanation, acknowledgement, apology - something from a few people I feel I have unfinished issues with. It's jumping-out-of-my-skin bad when this panic like feeling hits. So much that I think of something to say to hopefully get a reaction. I sit on my hands as much as I can because I don't want to randomly start up drama. I just don't know what to do when there's nothing to

A different perspective would b very helpful/appreciated
