Question on holding for earnings. I have Kroger 33C 6-19 and smaller play 34C 7/17. Also have GAN 20C 20 7/17. Kroger earnings are Thursday morning and GANs is Tuesday after close and call Wednesday at 11 Am. Regardless what either do tomorrow and Wednesday(Kroger) should I close my July calls before earnings due to IV crush especially GAN.

We just spent 60k on a lot down payment with the dream of building in a few years.

We don’t budget at all. And we don’t do anything else with our money - like investing in the market.

We just went on in 3.5k family vacation and I feel so guilty about it.

How long did it take after getting your license to actually start making money?

I have PM's (PM1) with 3 years experience asking for 110K - is that accurate with that you are seeing? Additionally BA's with the same level of experience asking for 130K. Seems really high for people with seeming little experience. Please let me know what you think.

I’m married. I have saved $200k in traditional IRA (after rollovers from employer) and my husband has only saved $25k in his traditional IRA. We are doing much better financially and are looking for ways to catch up and save more for retirement. Can we convert my husband’s balance to a Roth and pay those taxes and then do back door Roth contributions in his name? Backdoor Roth for me really isn’t feasible unless I roll my traditional to my ER 401k plan but investment options aren’t great.

Also, it helps you to run scenarios (e.g. What if I start saving 100/month more, what if I buy a 60k car) and get a feel of their impact on your future financial situation.
