Best book to learn about the creative side of advertising?

Is it possible to switch from consulting to ibanking with a STEM background while on H1B? Or does USCIS care that your education and background fits perfectly into the little description? Job I’m interested in says STEM/business/finance UG required (it’s a capital markets role) but I’m unsure of how this would work (never switched jobs before on H1B). TIA!

Fish, need your help. 5th year doing leveraged finance at a V20 in NYC. I’m good at my job but I hate the practice area. Was a direct hire. Ideally, would want to pivot to ECVC but would take PE M&A in a pinch. Have 4 years of international (non-US law) M&A and 1 year of international (US law) capital markets experience. Is it impossible to retool now? Given that markets are hot will I have to drop years (already dropped the 4 years of international experience so not keen to drop more).

Hello! I’m currently a Administrative assistant now working at a major medical system in Baltimore. Part of me want to go into management, another part is saying go get your RN, and the other is saying go into Social Work. I’m all over the place. Any ideas?
