Looking for help articulating / explaining how inflation has a greater impact on lower paid employees than higher paid employees. I'm having a difficult time framing the toll of a decrease to income, above fixed costs, for those who have less income than others.

I’ve been thinking about getting into real estate investing. Not right now but later down the road. I’ve been trying to save up for a down payment. What are some good resources for a beginner? My home office is NY but I live in NJ and I’m filing taxes in multiple states that I worked in this year. On my W2 federal wages are the same as NY state wages, how do I track down my New York w2 wages without access to my detailed timesheets? Can I just subtract my total wages from the state wages from my W2 of the other states I’ve worked in?

Creating a 529 for myself before having kids…Should I setup a 529 for myself?
