Best career path for a Post MBA with a year of experience in PMO?

I've been practicing for 7 years. I have a very public interest resume and currently work at a class action plaintiff-side employment litigation firm. I'm tired of litigating and want to go in-house, but I feel that my resume/experience is going to make that really hard. I'd like to go in-house at a university or hospital, something that still feels "public interest" oriented, but I don't have the knowledge of those specialized areas. Looking for advice or similar success stories.

It is really discerning to read but I often think that it is probably only the ‘Elitist T7 or nothing’ who writes these comments. I have Finished Six sigma Green belt & after adding that on Resume along with 5 years of Warehouse experience, i got few interviews & was offered around 60k a year
Currently i am about to give CSCP (Certifed supply chain professional) exam.
What Base salary should i expect after getting Certified & 5 years of exp in Warehouse/operations/Management role?

Was at big-4 (staff-SM) for 11 years then made a switch to midtier as an MD for last 5 years. Now i have offers from two of the largest of the big-4 to join as a partner either year2 or year3. My current mid-tier firm is willing to match the same in comp and partnership. If i leave, i will have to prove myself allover againand rebuild network again but will have access to better resources. area is technology consulting. any advise? big-4 buy in much larger.

I’m in a rather peculiar situation. I have been in the HR field going on 4 years, I have over 11 years of management experience, I got my PHR last year and I recently graduated with my MBA with a concentration in HR this month. I am ready for a more challenging role. However, there doesn’t seem to be much available at my current company. However, I am going on 5 months pregnant with the expectation of being out in October. I feel like once I mentioned my pregnancy I was in a holding pattern.

Say I work in tech and have a decent finance experience. Would my 3 yoe of domain "expertise" in tech make me an attractive bet for the banks Tech coverage team? In other words, does having experience in Tech make me more hireable for IBD?
