Job B - clear career path, new team, chaotic corporation, but lots of room for growth and budget to hire staff. Ok benefits. TC 220

Does anyone mind sharing how they are saving for the future? Or just securing yourself? I have stocks/bounds, 401k, regular (1) savings/ (2) checking, about to open a self found Roth IRA. But, what else am missing? Should I do a health found? I’m also starting a bit later at 34, so I feel like I have a lot of catching up to do. Any advice?

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). My boss also has me running a retired agents office until a new one is chosen (its an hour away with no pay increase or mileage pay). Also, no benefits! Should I start job searching?

Any thoughts on large companies vs boutique firms? Have offers from Accenture Strategy and The Chartis Group but am having trouble making the final decision. Interested in healthcare consulting but not sure if I want to commit at this point.
