I've 6.5 yrs of experience in automation testing & agile methodology. Currently in CL9. I joined ACN with mindset that I'll move into management role after couple of years, but they put me into a project which is 100% opposite to my previous experience, both domain and techn wise. I'm planning to take up Agile Project Management role immediately (Scrum Master or PO) & my supervisor said he will help me making the shift. Is it worth for me to make this shift right now? Recently completed MBA.

I’m trying to get a Financial Analyst position and I heard back from Deloitte for the EFA (Enganemnt Financial analyst) role. I have no experience as an analyst so I figured this could be good way for me to break in. Does anyone have any experience from this practice? Salary/wlb/career path. How do you handle people negatively reacting to you leaving for a better opportunity after years of positive performance at the current company?

Just joined a new desk from tech and realized my boss is very volatile. He opened up to me about wanting to fire another colleague just two weeks after hiring them because “he didn’t think things through” when he made that person an offer. He also says he’s busy trading all day and barely has any time to talk to me to train me or just tell me what he’s up to really, blaming it on the remote working situation.
