Best cover story "job" to tell general public? Recently left consulting for my health, and do not owe explanation for "what's next" (cont)

Ladies, I’m 33.5 and 18 months away from being elected partner if I make the push. My husband and I are also thinking of starting a family but this job spares me no single second to take care of my health or focus on getting pregnant. Will be 35 by the time of election next year. Should I quit and focus on starting a family in the interim as I can make partner after few years but body clock doesn’t wait?

How do you know if you’re going through a manic episode? My sister is bipolar but I’ve never struggled with any mental health issues other than anxiety/depression. I go through these short period where I’m overwhelmed with anxiety, feeling down, wanting to escape, and then I have days like today where I’m so happy, present, energetic as hell, and productive. No external events necessarily cause it.

Just venting: Everyday I wake up and I feel like I’m doing OK (I’m thankful for my health, my job, my comfortable lifestyle, …). I try to take it one day at a time and focus on the good, but somehow the holidays always get me. They just feel so lonely and I can barely get through them. I have struggled with anxiety all my life but just shrugged it off because I figured life was hard & everyone suffers. Turning 40 soon and just realized that I most likely have GAD - I agonize over everything (work related), wonder what people think of me, worry about finances/the future/my health - all of it. Work in tech so the stress is real. This space isn't sustainable for me and I'm looking to exit to a less stressful job. Any ideas? I'm thinking academia, research, NGO..?

Just started as Sr Mgr of Creative Services in healthcare. Clients don't seem to respect the team's time: unstrategic projects, going MIA mid-project, excessive rounds of revision.

Charging back to the requesting department would seem to fix some of this... or could be political suicide and drive clients to go rogue with their own freelancers or interns, making brand compliance issues even worse.
