Is there a better city than the A in terms of diversity, cost of living, weather, airport, and overall stuff to do (nightlife, outdoors)?
Some contenders (although doesn’t fit every category) include Dallas, Houston, Austin, Philly, Chicago, NOLA, some FL cities, Seattle, Denver, & Phoenix in my opinion
Marriott Business, SPG Business, Amex Personal Plat if you can get 100K, Amex Business Plat has a call-in offer right now.
Your best bet is to head over to /r/churning or Doctor of Credit and read up on the latest card offers. Steer clear of TPG as his recommendations are based on referrals and the income he receives from credit card companies.
Marriott business is chase
Is Amex platinum offering 100k signup?
Correct, but it's not governed by 5/24 and it doesn't impact 5/24. I'm not sure what your aversion to Chase is but it's a great card.
Here's the latest churning flowchart, it has the best offers and the order in which you should pick them up:

No aversion. I’ve had more than 5 cards in the past 24 months. Interesting how that doesn’t apply for that card. I do however have the normal Marriott card so I don’t think allowed to get both or can I? Thanks
You can have both the personal and business as long as you get it before Aug 28. On Aug 28, new restrictions go into place on SPG and Marriott cards that limit signup bonuses.
Oooh 😮 I’ll have to call them then. Thx you very much
Oh forgot, don’t I need some kind of business ? Think I tried signing up a while back and they were asking for business info
You don't have to call them, you just apply online.
Side note, when do you drop to 4/24? If it's in the next 6ish months, consider steering clear of personal cards that will put you wayyy over 5/24. As soon as you're back to 4/24, you could start going after Chase business cards (CIP, CIC, etc.) as these don't add to your X/24.
I think February. Wait why would I need to steer clear? I thought you just said i don’t need to be under for those business cards or is it just for the Marriott chase business?
You can get the Marriott business right now regardless of your X/24 status.
Let's say after picking up the Marriott business you go on an Amex personal spree - you're going to be wayyy over 5/24 and it'll take you forever to come back down. One recommendation is to stick to non-Chase business cards until you're below 5/24 and then switch back to Chase and pickup their business cards (like CIC, CIP, etc.) once you're 4/24.
Again, Chase Marriott Business is NOT covered by 5/24. Get it before Aug 28 if you want it.
Did you just put fake business info because I’m sure last time they were asking for all that
OP, never create a fake business. Apply as a sole proprietorship and use your SSN as your ID number. If they ask for estimated revenue, list something like $1K-$2K and say you've been in business a few years. The name of your business should always be "LEGALFIRSTNAME LEGALLASTNAME". Ever sell something on eBay or Amazon? Provide consulting services on the side? Then you have a sole prop with income 😉
If you make up some weird business name, they may ask you for proof but if you do the sole prop method, you can submit utility bills, personal tax returns, etc.
Ok cool thanks
Chase is a lot more strict about business cards than other issuers though - applied to that same Marriott business card a month ago (my 'business' was selling stuff on Amazon) and it was a pain. YMMV though, you might get lucky
TSC, that's my "business" as well - never had a problem picking up Chase business cards
Haha well I'm jealous then. Spent 90 minutes being interogated by a Chase rep a few weeks back, and that was just one of the calls 🤷♂️
