I'd say what helps me is journaling, I do free writing but prompts are a good way to dig deep into the root of the problem and discover ways to get out of it. Also going over your life goals or even short term goals again to remind yourself of why you are doing this

Need some advice here. Option 1: rent a condo for 2600 a month. Option 2: pay 2600 in mortgage/month, but I can only afford ~5% for the down payment. Is is better to avoid PMI and save for another year or two before purchasing a condo/house? Feel like I can’t justify paying 2600/month in rent if I can afford the mortgage

I’m a mid level engineer and my team is overwhelmed. There’s more work than we can complete in the timelines that leadership/product has committed to, which is causing leadership to override technical decisions seemingly to meet those deadlines. An example would be routing all live traffic to a feature which was not fully tested, instead of waiting until testing is complete or having that change be dormant and the feature enabled later. Has anyone dealt with this type of issue?

He has experience as a leasing agent, has run his own successful Instagram account with over 100k followers. He would like to be a sales professional. Can you please help me help him? I dress conservatively and wear minimal makeup but I still get hit on by prospects all the time. The worst is when a prospect accepts a meeting with you and then doesn’t even talk business :(

I started working for a solo-preneur (so it's just us two) last year and after several very open and honest conversations about workload capacity and boundaries re: my schedule, I don't think I can see myself here long-term. However, I feel really bad because of the timing (there would never be a good time for me to be replaced) and what I would be doing to the owner (pushing back their personal and company goals). Do any other "feelers" out there have any advice on how to approach this?
