I hate interviewing. Hate hate hate it. Absolutely despise the process, the questions, the anxiety, the need to find ways to communicate the value I bring daily.
Why can't we go back to the good old days? Where you joined a company and retired there with a nice pension. WTF is wrong with the world that we decided to take a perfectly nice thing, and ruin it with instability, anxiety and stress in the persuit of maybe more money but at higher tax?
Uhh. Bring back the 50s.
