But now it’s so close EOY and getting my 401k match pay out that I’m rethinking it given timing, esp since I would be taking a pay cut to work there. What’s the most you think you can push off a start date to a new job offer?

I hate my job so much I spend half of my day and all weekend applying for new jobs, modifying my resume and cover letter, browsing through LinkedIn and Glassdoor, and just recently I’ve gotten into creating a portfolio. I’m also hoping my manager gives me the option to either put me on PIP or just give me a severance package to voluntarily leave. Of course I’ll take the severance package.
