There's a consulting group there. I hear they're good

You’re gonna get eaten alive for this. I actually have never been to Boston so have no idea, but please provide details. Best exit Ops in Boston are being apart of the Celtics or the Red Sox, is that something you’re interested in or qualify for? Who knows?

Anyone know anything about wayfair? (Roles, comp, etc.)

Haven’t heard good things. Allegedly, comp is low and it’s very disorganized/hectic due to growth.

I am struggling with the fact that I have 13 years of HR experience in one capacity or another, along with a bachelors degree and my PHR designation yet companies say “I’m not qualified or they ghost me when I apply for HR openings. I am experienced in all aspects of HR. How are people with little to no experience coming right out of college obtaining higher level roles than I have currently? It makes my passion for the field just go away.

I graduated in May 2020 and found myself excepting a Junior Art Director position in Healthcare. I never saw myself in health but with many agencies having hiring freezes I decided to get some experience and save up some money in the meantime. Fast forward one year; I’ve added a new campaign to my website and I’m starting to apply to consumer agencies again. Any tips to help me make the transition? Any place to avoid? Who have you noticed is hiring again? Thanks in advance :)

Anybody work at Amazon? Are their offers negotiable? My husband got an offer for a senior position in the VA office paying $120k plus $20k bonus plus 13 shares of stock that vest over 4 years. My husband has ~6 years of experience (2 yrs midsize PA plus various industry roles) so the senior title is low but have heard you have to take a step down in title to work at Fortune 25 companies. He likes the offer but not sure if he should negotiate for more because it’s expected?

I have a salary range in mind for a new role based on online research and target increase from my comp now. But my research shows the data points are for salaries in HCOL areas.
