Deloitte's GLOBE BRG is well respected and well-funded. It's very gay friendly.
I don't think firms really care about your sexuality, people are only focused on your numbers and performance - the rest doesn't matter.

Q also stands for Queer. I have had a very positive community at Deloitte being bi.

Q - Queer or Questioning. Queer- it's not specific to sexual orientation or to gender identity but is more of an umbrella term that can encompass a lot of people. Some people may not be defined in another bucket. No one likes the letters - but you have to define it somehow.
A1 I agree wholeheartedly. We're known to be progressive in the inclusion & diversity space. What is key is that leadership takes big strides to push out I&D initiatives. Not sure if the smaller accounts feel the impact yet but coming from a diamond client and I can vouch for the downstream impact and efforts.
