Best form of Ozempic/wegovy/appetite suppressant that’s OTC?

Not quite OTC, but check out agelessRX, you essentially get the prescriptions online and mailed to you, and you do a quick (either free or $10-$20) call with a doctor. They have wegovy, agarbose, and LDN and possibly more. If you absolutely want it to be OTC no matter what, then Alli is your best best. Not an appetite suppressant but prevents your body from absorbing as much fat from food.

Also, LDN helps your body “reset” its ideal weight so you don’t gain back any weight that you lost

If there was an efficient OTC form Ozempic wouldn't be booming.

like

Is Ozempic the injection?

You can use what bodybuilders use to cut. They aren’t really appetite suppressants but fat burners though. Most of this stuff is way way worse for your health than ozempic or even cigarettes tho.

ECA Stack (Ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin) is one option. Cardarine is another. Clenbuterol is anothe option but idk if it’s otc.

Google clen and ACNM. You're welcome.

This makes me so sad. Please go speak with a registered dietician and then sign up for some sessions with a personal trainer. Think about your long term well being and prioritize better habits and a healthy lifestyle!

There’s nothing comparable over the counter. Some people suggest berberine does 1/100th of what those drugs do.

like

Yes.

Cigarettes.....

Semaglutides like wegovy are not otc. And ozempic is a diabetes medication. You need a prescription for any of this

funny

Wegovy and Ozempic started as diabetes mediation and are now also FDA approved for weight loss. So OP could certainly look into a prescription for that purpose if they would like.

Chewing Gum - Have you tried this, it helps to suppress hunger and you keep chewing gum for several hours your cravings for eating food reduces

like

Also gives you excessive gas but whatever works. Xylitol.

like

I got compounded semaglutide from Push, which is a site that connects you digitally with a doctor for a prescription, and then I got that prescription from a local compounding pharmacy.

Works well. I've experienced only minor side effects.

But I also exercise regularly, have been counting calories for over a decade, and am pretty well experienced with weight management. It is definitely not a cure all medicine, but it certainly helps if you have addictive eating patterns.

like

Fiber gel. You can find it in the form of powder to take with water or as a gummy

I hate to say it but literally nothing. I have tried it all. B-12 shots help a bit but nothing comes close to wegovy for me. Doctors are more willing to prescribe and if you have insurance it’s more likely to cover now. Talk to your gp.

Those meds really do their job like no other. I take Adderall, which is obviously not OTC, and still does nothing for my cravings.

I did try it and it definitely killed my appetite for the whole day. However, it also made me feel very spacey. Similar to when I take too much Adderall. I even tried to take 1/4 of a dose and same effects. Very unusual, I know.

Cut carbs and fight the suffering.

Whole foods reduce cravings.

I’m a shy, anxious, and introverted person but in functional roles where I usually need to talk to a lot of people. It makes me anxious - even though I’ve been doing it for over 5 years. I get so insanely jealous of outgoing people in the workplace who can just talk to people so easily. It’s affected my mental health & even though I’m in therapy (2 months in), I feel like I’ll never get a grip and overcome my shyness. Can anyone else relate? 😪

This fight has gotten real! I’ve been offered a job, advertised as remote, but they want to have a blended program with teachers on campus. Small school, 10-15 to a class... maybe, masks ( I’ll have to ask if they’re mandatory), distancing and a continuous cleaning staff. Sounds great but I’m 62 with 5 underlying conditions! Have to negotiate a contract Monday... I’m hoping I’ll be able to work on-line as NV is one of the growing hotspots in this Pandemic!

👋🏻 New mom here. I’m seeing a lot of comments about parents opting for “no sleepover” rules. Is this because of Covid, or is this a new thing? I went to sleepovers all the time as a kid and just wondering what reasons beyond a case-by-case basis would be to have this rule? Not judging, just genuinely curious.
