Tudor Black Bay GMT Pepsi, Grand Seiko GMT SBGM221G
Very nice. My daily wearer is a Tudor Black Bay 58 and a speedmaster. Good call on the Santos Medium, it’s entering the collection this Christmas! I’ve watched the “Week on the Wrist” video on HODINKEE for the Santos too many times….

Grand Seiko has a ton of options you could call the "best" (whatever that means).
-SBGE271: the midnight cloudy dial is super cool and its a spring drive
-SBGJ249: Similar to a white birch dial, but turned sideways to look like waves, and a light blue tint. 36k hi beat movement.
-SBGJ235: Boutique exclusive with a blue Mt Iwate dial. Has the famous 44GS case and is a 36k hi beat movement.
-SBGJ237: Traditional sport style with a rotating bezel for three time zones a la the GMT Master II. Blue dial, 36k hi beat.
-SBGE201: Another traditional style, but a simple black one.

G-Shock. The good ones will switch the time zone for you automatically.

Not GMTs, but would also consider the Omega AT, Bulgari Octo Roma and Nomos Zurich worldtimers. All three are great examples of watches tracking multiple time zones under 10k.

I love my Longines Spirit Zulu Time GMT, and it’s only $3k.
Lots of great options that people have mentioned (Tudors, Grand Seiko, Longines), but also Omega (either the aqua terra gmt or Seamaster GMT) and Rolex Explorer 2 (retails for 9.5k and you can get some secondhand ones for as low as 6k). I also like JLC's GMTs (reverso, master control, or master compressor) but not everyone does
