How important is MBA brand and consulting brand name to eventual corporate strategy placement/advancement? Does HBS/McKinsey have a huge delta over Wharton/Bain?

I've just recently been hired as an assistant manager at a Canadian outlet store. It's a small company in comparison to others, but there are over 10 locations spanning western Canada and NW united states. I'm curious as to what others in a similar position are getting as salary. I was offered $42k plus bonuses at the interview, but when called back I was offered $44.5k plus bonuses. I already accepted. Did I leave money on the table here?

My wife is using my credit card too much.
Monthly around 13K.

Everytime I confronted her the ending is always the same, I loose the argument and end up paying everything.

Should I be concerned for my career with lack of billable projects? Background: Analyst hired out of undergrad in July 2020. I have worked on 3 proposals in the last 2 weeks, and 5 in the last 2 months. In the past year since I was hired, I have 8 months of billable work which is actually slightly higher than the other Analysts I joined with. The EY resource managers are incompetent! Their salary needs to be linked to practice utilization. They have no incentive to reduce the bench strength.

I am on a project where the other designer I work with is incredibly moody and condescending. He’ll say one thing behind my back to my boss on how ‘proud he is of my abilities’ to support the project, but then is rude, condescending, dismissive, says things like ‘I don’t know what you’ve done with your time, you’ve work ten hours I don’t see it reflective here, too many useless meetings, consult with our media team too often, etc’. Told my boss, went no where.
