New to options. Why do you all buy UVXY options and not the ETF itself when u think the market is going to tank? Don’t options present the added complexity of vol and risk of order not filling?

What is routine to get set up for the week?
I am an acount manager in sales with 2+ years in the packaged goods industry in Toronto. Base $70,000. No compensation plan. Pipeline $2M. 90% there. Feeling frustrated as it's a contract position and I'm not "eligible" for bonuses even though my whole team will benefit from this win. Spoke with my manager on what I can do/need to achieve to be included in the team bonous payout. Said they want to keep me but nothing concrete. Any advice on how to continue this conversation on this topic?
Our district actually provided some super helpful trianing on social justice/anti-racist education this year. How has your district been doing with this?
