Best Marriott property in south beach?

Trying to stay positive by planning next year’s wedding anniversary (no kids). Any recommendations for a nice beach resort over in Europe where I can burn Marriott points?

Have 46 nights on Marriott Bonvoy this year - no more work travel so if I want to get to 50 I’d have to stay 4 nights personal - have my plat status renewed for next year so staying the 4 nights would only be for getting the 5 suite night upgrades - never had them before so wondering if they’re worth spending ~$700 in essence just for them? What would u guys do?

Grovesnor House JW Marriott or Grovesnor Square Marriott in London?

Is CSR (dining) + Bonvoy (hotels) + AMEX Platinum (flights) overkill? To me it makes perfect sense but am I missing something? (Note: I put all travel expenses on my personal cards)
