My best guess is, considering those companies*, it would be Kearney or S&
Kearney do have some CDD/ODD projects but most of their projects are longer, and tends to be more of a mix between strategy and implementation (having been told by friends who work there). S& are kinda the same argument but with different sectors.

All of those are, but the question is "which one is the less worse"
Definitely not OW - total sweatshop
Each of these firms has internal and less client facing roles that are usually better for WLB but comes at the cost of compensation and speed of career advancement.
