staying home / hotel if cold, for allergy go see a doctor
Claritin if it is an allergy.
If it’s a cold, especially with a sore throat, do us all a favor and go home. For me it’s sleep, tea with honey and just flat out being miserable for a few days.
Cold medicine = Alka-Seltzer
Allergies = Claritin D
*store brand of both.
Zyrtec (Daily)
Flonase Sensimist (Daily)
Dr. Neil’s sinus rinse (Daily)
Sudafed decongestant (for the plane so my ears don’t pop)
Paracetamol and you’re good in daytime, take rest, sleep and get better after work! 😄
Love Sudafed!!! Multi purpose wonder drug for unexpectedly long days and travel to unknown places (fixes sinus pressure headaches, appetite suppressant for when I need to skip a meal, upper that keeps me extra alert... better than caffeine).
Be careful there Consultant 1! You’re not supposed to take it for an extended period of time - it used to be the main ingredient in meth :)
Ritalin & Moutain Dew
more root cause here, if you’re getting sick often something isn’t right. hydrate more, wash your hands, avoid touching your face when on the airplane, wipe down your seat area, sanitize your apartment etc
Nasal rinse + Mucinex D + Ibuprofen + Diet Ginger Ale. Though I get sick often and haven’t figured out if there is a larger issue.
