Really not liking the culture and teams I've been on. I'm 3 months short of a year and want to leave to another firm. Would this look bad?

Can anyone speak to culture and lifestyle in the VC/EM groups at WSGR and Perkins Coie? Considering a lateral move as a junior. Very unhappy at my firm but I do have it good hours-wise by biglaw standards doing lender-side finance.. nervous about going to a total sweatshop.

Can anyone share their experience with having a child with a congestive heart failure? My child is having trouble gaining weight as a result (1lb a month at most) She's five months old and has a large ASD and smaller VSD. We are being monitored by a ped cardio.
