In my last semester of college and I’m starting to see some signs of depression. Not sure how to get out of this rut.

Any New York attorneys come across any interesting or helpful case law lately? Reading a recent update, there was a decision that said where a parent uses a temporary order of legal and physical custody to exclude the other parent, it's within the Court's rights (with other factors) to interpret that as an inability to coparent and award custody to the prior non-custodial parent. Share away!

For 5 years I basically had 10 frequent clients. Now those clients have brought me an average of two each, and now I have 30 constant clients and a bunch of clientele in my agency. It's true that serious, responsible, and consistent work pays off, let's say that I no longer worry about selling, practically, the houses that I show sell themselves.

Last week , 2 Company HRs negotiated with me saying that market is facing recession, don't you see there are layoffs everywhere, blah blah.
I don't think any of these things were relevant to the negotiation.
What do you guys think ? Why are these recruiters creating fear and started negotiating at much lower hike since few months ?
I think it's because of some of us only who increase reach of such negative posts of LinkedIn like the ones about Layoffs , low salaries, no projects , continued..

Have I just had bad luck with the companies I've been at or is it like this everywhere? I've had 7 managers in my 4 years of experience, 3 in one year at my first position (which is why I left) and now 4 at the 2nd company in 3 years. There has been a mix of people leaving and people getting fired but the instability feels extreme.

My temp contract has been extended. I’m relieved to be able to pay the bills, but after giving 70-80 shots a day, I literally dream about giving vaccines almost every night! Struggling to keep positive about finding a new permanent job - I was laid off at the end of April, have applied to over 60 jobs, had 6 interviews, and no offers. I can’t go back to chain retail - it damn near broke me in my 20’s, and it’s much worse now.

I just got promoted, compensation wasn’t what I expected but I’m not mad about..

However I was already planning on leaving consulting for a bit and go back to industry. I really like my manager who has been nothing but supportive so far so seeking advice on how to approach my two weeks notice discussion when 1- i’m in the middle of a busy project as a central key role 2- I just got a promotion. It seems ungrateful but I genuinely want to go back to tech without burning bridges

At the final round of a BizOps role at Coinbase. I’ve been working nonstop on the case they’ve given, but apparently there’s a few more rounds of interviews. Has anyone been through this process? Have no idea what else to expect.
