Are there anyone working at MBB's Turkey offices? I do wonder what are the criteria for intern recruitment, since I haven't received any reply from McKinsey and BCG. I don't want to be seen arrogant, but I believe I have a nice CV and studying at a targeted university, besides interning at a Tier 2 firm right now. I really wonder why they didn't like me and never replied any application so that I could improve myself and apply again. But I'm really not sure that if they even see my resume. Thnx.

Job1 - Yr1 - $52k base + 10% bonus
Job2 - Yr5 - $100k base + bonus, upto 100%
Job3 - Yr6 - $120k base + bonus, upto 30%
Job4 - Yr8 - $140k base + $100k equity
Job5 - Yr13 - $180k base + bonus, upto 30%
Job6 - Yr18 - $197k base + 27% bonus + stock option

I’m a designer in the planning/landscape architecture dept. of a CE firm. Extremely frustrated that after 4+ years and multiple asks, I’m not getting the in-field construction experience I’ve asked for. I know that my designs could be better if I could see how things are actually built but I get slapped in the face with “I need you in the office designing/drafting” or “there’s no budget to have you go out” and then sends an intern to inspect instead. Accepting an offer and then declining? How bad is it?

So I’m applying for MBA and will hopefully graduate at 26 with a degree. Lookin to find the best way possible to make my way to some sort of buy side role.
