Firm has applied for my GC but i dont have an approved i140 yet. My GC application and my home office location is in state X. And i’m planning to move to a state Y which is under 50 miles from my old home location. So my question is, if I change the states but the new location is under 50 miles will that be a problem for my green card application? I started at a new company 2 months ago and while I’m really enjoying my job so far, I’m having a hard time gauging whether or not I’m doing a “good job.” My role seems to be always evolving, which is fine and I actually enjoy being a support to the greater marketing team, but I feel like I need better defined targets to make sure I’m meeting expectations.
