THERAPY- that's what you need. We are all equally fucked up. 😁
💯 you literally say anything or show any of your emotions to your therapist.
When I got super angry (thinking screaming, flipping people off) and suddenly started crying, my therapist was like “it’s very important for me to see this side of you” in the most calm voice possible. I was so shook lol
Do you have an idea of what the root cause is?
Tbh sounds like your on stage four of the five stages of grief
It's normal to spend your mid-late twenties adjusting and letting go of some of the certitudes you might have lived with from your adolescence.
Look at it as an opportunity for growth.
i experienced this when i graduated law school (at 24/turning 25. it’s less about age and more i think about the transition to becoming a proper adult, really demarcating the end of your childhood. even harder during a pandemic, when so many of us feel so alone. take it easy on yourself. you’re doing your best in a weird and difficult time and you aren’t alone.
yeah, i turned 25 in the summer, took the bar exam and just started work. it’s rough out there. but you’re becoming who you want to be :)

I think law school killed a lot and bad habits too so balanced things out for me. I think must work hard and have fun as well. Pay attention to your feelings and feed emotional needs. Cheers!
Honestly, most adults workout to clear their minds. I think it’s fairly normal. Extremely sad or angry, yes I would start seeing a psychologist. Remember the Pixar movie inside out? Yeah your mind and body is telling you something is wrong
