Best place to get appliances? Also is costco cheaper or Home Depot?

Find what you like and compare prices. Lowes and Home Depot often sell the same models for the same prices (including sales) but if you check out Costco and appliance stores you might find better deals.

Also remember Costco often comes with free installation so your all in cost sometimes comes out to be less than HD or Lowes. With Lowes, you can also try to buy their discount coupons for a few bucks from ebay and discounted gift cards online.

Get a Costco credit card and it adds like 2 years on to the manufacturer warranty

Has anyone started a new job right before going on maternity leave? I’m secure at my current company and know I am fortunate to have a job/have paid maternity leave on the horizon, but I am starting to get concerned the mental toll of staying at my current company is not worth it (have been feeling this way for months before I found out I was pregnant). I have a few other job prospects, but none know I am pregnant...

Does anyone here struggle with basic things at work? For example, being on time. I know it sounds basic, It’s not about waking up in time, my morning gets filled with something else, I misjudge time, I find something else to procrastinate. Second, filling out admin forms, I miss things, misunderstand. I am feeling really down on myself. I am I high performer and always deliver on complex projects, but these things, it’s like I’m totally out of it. Could it be ADHD? Depression (I’m medicated)?

Not sure if this has been discussed before — my new employer's policy doesn't allow me to participate in their 401k plan immediately, only after 90 days. Wanted to see if this is a common practice (first time for me), and if your employer compensates you in any way for the lost savings opportunity.
