I have 15 days left in my joining in IBM at 7B. Total exp-7 yrs. CCTC-18lacs(including 10% variable) Current IBM offer - 21LPA. Counter offer is -28.5 including fixed component 25.7Lacs. Is it the right time to ask IBM for countering ? Or should i wait for 4-5 days more to ask. How much IBM can revise for 7B?

So I work at a small (6 people) accounting firm, not in a big city, but I've been there 3 busy seasons for tax, I've passed 2/4 CPA exams, and I make $40k. No passing bonus, no raise structure, idk what their plan is for me after I get my license, basically no benefits.
So I want more, I love the people but I think I should leave, I don't know where to look though. I'm nervous about a big 4, i don't know if I can go industry without big 4 experience, any advice?

My position in sales, growing existing accounts with my company, is being eliminated in October. I either take a bit of a pay cut to do something really similar but more stable on the service side, or move to new business (which is not attractive to me), or I find something new.
