My company went toxic in the last couple months. Chose me and started interviewing. Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. If Amazon or any other FAANG/large co gets back to me, is there an acceptable way to not burn bridges with new job and accept or delay start date with FAANG? Or fuck it just hop?

Is it common to not get a response on an offer other than they received it? We just put in an offer 110k over ask with 30% down covering any appraisal issues above asking, waived inspection after paying someone to walk through with us, and didn’t even get a no thank you. Anyone deal with unresponsive tenants before?
Rental property mgr billed 3-4x what I expected for property mgt & maintenance - My fault for agreeing to an hourly rate for both, as it gave him no incentive to be efficient, and he claims he spent 22.5 hrs calling/texting tenants, even got involved in a police dispute between tenants. When I asked for clarification and a breakdown he got very offended/angry, ended up writing a 3.5 pg essay to account for the hrs (doesn't add up), and he suggested finding a new property mgr. Advice?

Bought a 300k end unit townhouse in Atlanta, 14 months ago with 10% down (3.65% interest rate). Prices in subdivision have been increasing over that period. This month 2 non-end units listed for 330k and sold right away. The opposite end unit on my 5 unit building was listed for 340k and is currently pending. What is the best way to stop paying PMI since since I should be at 20% equity?

Any thoughts on how to take advantage of the hot RE market as a homeowner? Basically I’m interested in selling my home as current home price appreciation is great. I can afford a bigger home as my income level has significantly increased. My thoughts are that outside of interest rates, it turns into a wash where I get top dollar for current home but have to pay top dollar for new home. For added context, my interest rates are currently rock bottom so couldn’t find an angle interest wise.
