NEED A PROPER SUGGESTION / GUIDANCE
I'm a fresher candidate, I'm currently working at Xoriant Solutions as a software engineer with 5LPA package. I got it through off campusing. I have got 2 more offers from college placement, first one is SENIOR ANALYST at Capgemini with 7.5LPA and second one is SOFTWARE DEVELOPER at Hitachi with 9 LPA.
Which company should i join as a fresher to have a proper growth or a good role in future ?
Any help regarding this would be highly appreciated.

Truth, that is certainly the best way to learn. However, not all of us given that privilege without experience
It depends on what coast you’re on and what you want to get out of it. On west coast, Product School is more renowned, though I heard it’s more focused on how to interview, tailor your resume to get noticed, not actually job skills. But they get cool guest speakers from major companies. On the east coast, Pragmatic Marketing Product Management cert is well recognized, which I got. I got a lotttrt out of it, including how to write business cases, user problem detection techniques, and getting at the heart of product management. Definitely worth the $3-4K. There are also some online ones, but I didn’t find much value there. At the end of the day, companies don’t give certifications as much weight as on the job experience. But you carve your own destiny.
Thanks folks! Just talked to them and they generally have in-person classes in 4-5 major cities along the west coast, although understandably won't until likely mid-next year (2021). Will be joining when the world opens up again. Thanks for the recommendation. See you in class 🥳
Depends. Relatable experience first so something Analyst and preferably with customer interaction, if there is a role called Sales Solution Analyst they'd probably be the best in terms of base skills into the career pipeline in my mind.
If you don't have relatable experience first go and get it somewhere or start as an associate.
