I have offers from both United Health Group and Atlassian for a Senior Financial Analyst position. Similar Comp (Atlassian slightly higher due to stock options). Coming from another healthcare company as a SFA, does anyone have experience at either company? In the long term, does Atlassian look better on a resume/work experience due to the Tech/Software space? Seems like their culture is great, but a much higher work load due to the nature of the company. Thanks! Happy to answer DM's too

How ‘locked in’ are you - either electively or contractually - at Partner grade?

I’m going through the Partner process at my firm but am getting really interesting offers from industry that I feel I’d be missing out on.

Part of me thinks ‘make it to Partner first, tick that box, then jump’.

Should you only embark on Partnership if you’re sure it’s what you want to do for the rest of your career?

Hi everyone. I’m new here but I think I’ll get a lot of really good feedback. I work in government procurement. I worked remote during the pandemic and now my manager cannot see his way to letting us work from home. Our department is the only one in the organization that is in the office all the time. It is really hurting morale and, personally, making me look for something different. What is everyone’s experience with old school management? Thank you!

FID Target 2055: 26%,
