Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

I have attended TCS interview last week which had Technical and Manger rounds. The next day a HR asked me to upload the documents in iBegin portal and then later they were "verified". It's been 4 days and still I could see that my current status is "Candidate registered against job" in the portal. I am not getting any response from HR about the current status.
Does this mean that I am rejected? I am confident that the interview went well. Tata Consultancy Infosys HCL Technologies Wipro

Have you had this position before? If so, how has it changed over time? (They love this one)
When I was early in the technical interview cycle, I found that if an interviewer offered to answer follow-up questions, I might look deeper into a topic they asked about that maybe I didn't know much about at the time. This way I could start a conversation about where I might find out more about that topic and why it is so important to the role I was interviewing for.
I love this advice. It can be so easy to feel like we have to say exactly the right things & seem perfect in an interview. But admitting we don't know & we're willing to ask is also a really important skill to have. Thanks for sharing.
Great advice here so far. I like to ask “What personal achievement are you most proud of and what were some key events that led up to it?” People love to talk about themselves 😊
What are some of the current challenges this role (and company) is facing?
What is the turn over rate like? (If it is high - ask them what are the reasons it’s so high and what have the company done to remedy that)
Has the company encounter any layoffs?
How has inflation affected the company and has the company take action in regards to they employee?
It's much better to ask questions based on the topics/questions previously discussed or asked. This way, your ability to connect with the interviewer will really stand out. Also, it will highlight your skill to pick relevant and important information.
What project or impact could I take on in the next 6 months that will drastically help the team?
