LOL how did u manage doing that?

I'm not gonna air it all out here, but long story short manager doesn't like me & we're a really small team so it's impossible to avoid them

like

I need the story hahaha

like

Seriously tho: adding that you’re about to be put on probation, without sharing the story, might make people be a little leery of sharing their contacts.

That's really helpful! Thanks for the heads up.

Happened to me. I was doing a temp gig, so doing some routine simple tasks and go home, no expectation of career advancement or anything. For some reason my skip level really hated me, yelled at me once and had plenty of negative feedback. I went on short term disability Then was told I didn’t need to return.

like

Yeah, similar situation here, even down to the part about not expecting career advancement 🙃

What did you do?

Had many rounds for role in a tech company that I did not end up getting. The hiring manager mentioned that there were more roles in his org and he would be reaching out if the role I applied does not work out. Looking for advice on the next step. So I started at my company just over 2 years ago as an entry level Sales admin with a split role and at the beginning of this year I moved fully into Sales Support and I'm kind of at a point where I coordinate and support the activity of my team, I fully process all orders and manage/maintain our CRM system, provide monthly & quarterly reports for our senior management team. Is this it? Am I at the top end of this role and need to ask for more progression?

I see alot of people just show their current role on their LinkedIn. What's the best way/format to write your LinkedIn experience? 1. Show your career progression? (e.g. 2 years consultant, 2 year senior consultant, etc.) 2. Just update your title? (e.g. 4 years senior consultant)
