Best resources (books, online courses) to learn theoretical part of sales process?

This isn’t really an interview question but more of an on-boarding question.
Bit of background- I left my job of 3 years in Dec 2021 for a new company. Initially, I thought the company was great but my mind quickly changed. The on-boarding process was horrible, minimal training, thrown onto enterprise project 2 weeks in, over time, and there is no process for anything. I ended up hating my job.

Fast forward to Mid March, I started applying for jobs again but I omitted this role.

I am feeling hopeless. I’m a tax senior been through 4 busy seasons with Deloitte. The tax I’m in is pretty niche and I kinda wanna leave tax all together since I wanna start a family and personally can’t do it with another busy season. I don’t know who is willing to hire me because I feel pigeonholed. I’m just hating every moment with this firm right now. Any advice on what positions/companies might be best to look into?

Hi fishes, I have 2 offers-
Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. My preference is to join in where I can grow and get a good learning for future career growth. Also, work life balance should be good in the organization.
Please help me with making a clear decision. And i have 8+ YOE.

I'm currently a Scrum Master that is looking to make an exit! I have a new profound love for data! However when looking at the salary for data analytics, it appears that I would have to take a pay cut. I currently make 123k in the state of NC...any insight? I have received an offer to work with another big 4 in London as manager with their consulting team starting June. The role is definitely a step up in terms of responsibilities from my current role as a senior consultant. Do you think it might hamper my business school application changing jobs so close to round 1? Have been at D for 4 yrs

Sup all, I'm a director in pharma marketing and want to eventually get to a senior leadership position. I have an MD and currently applying for an executive MBA program. In the meantime, I'm looking for board member positions. I'm open to most industries but particularly enjoy med, pharma, and tech. But, I'm having a lot of trouble finding something. Any advice?

Why is it so difficult to make the next career move within your OWN company. I have over 7 years of experience across multiple departments and yet an external company is more willing to give an interview to select roles than your own home company for the same role internally!!

Where is the loyalty in that !!??

So far I received offers from PwC India, Capgemini and Lexmark for Data Engineering.

More are in pipeline from KPMG GS, TechM, Accenture.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

I think I’m going to be fired tomorrow morning and I am not even sad about it.

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB. I’m very interested in the opportunity but also don’t want to make a poor financial decision early in my career. Thank you for your time!
