Potential in-house-brand-side CD gig for a growing brand in a niche/cool category. They haven't done any real branding of note aside from more "how to"-ish/functional/hardworking YouTube videos, but they have big branding aspirations (like every brand says). Expecting the following question in final interview: what would you do in your first 30/60 days?
So, what would YOU do in your first 30/60 days?

Hi Fishes, We are seeing layoffs everywhere, even Microsoft started laying off its employees as part of realignment. I resigned from TCS and 29th July is my LWD. I have offers from Nagarro, Q2 and Publicis Sapient. Considering the upcoming recession and economic slowdown should revoke my resignation and stay in TCS for the time being? Or shall I switch with any of the offers in hand? Your help will be very much appreciated. Tata Consultancy IBM Infosys L&T Technology Services Cognizant Nagarro

Transitioning to Product from sales engineering.
This book was an excellent resource in helping me transition into PM. Good luck!
Dated: the questions around estimation (how many toothpicks could you fit into the Empire State Building)—these are much less common these days in interviews. Also some of the specifics about the hiring practices at specific companies are probably outdated. In that book I’d focus on the stuff about resumes, behavioral questions, product questions, and case studies.
Decode and Conquer is another good resource. Framework to approach the qs is super imp IMO. But just don’t make it look forced.
Agree. But most of these books serve the same purpose - get you started. Nothing beats real life stories
Also, check out Lewis Lins slack community - lots of people looking for practice partners, I found it very useful
The other go to book is The Product Manager Interview by Lewis Lin.
Thanks! Hope my prep pays off 🙌🏻
