I am so sick and fed up with some of the older clients at my job. I know it's my responsibility to take care of them, but they're just so sexist sometimes.

I’ll be asking my last job for a letter of recommendation but I’m not sure who to ask. My boss, who is lovely and would write an amazing LOR. Or my boss's boss who would put minimal effort in but it would have more weight.

Is it a red flag for a firm to chase after you for months? Like are they desperate or do they actually want me? Big imposter syndrome over here.

Whenever customers call the front desk, it seems like the receptionist always forwards them to my number even though I have reminded him there are several other people who are also supposed to answer the phones. It's really cutting into the time I can dedicate to other work. Is there anything I can do other than talking to our boss about it directly? I don't want to get the receptionist in trouble.
