Huge fan of glenfarclas. Their 15 year old is excellent and below $100 usually. You can also try Glengoyne 18; it’s usually 120, but I’ve seen it on sale at times for $100z
Balvenie 12 double wood and Oban 14 are always in my liquor cabinet.
I also second Glenfarclas
Rising Star
Lunch at the Ardbeg distillery with tasting flights.
I’m normally a bourbon girl, but I (in my limited experiences) really enjoy GlenDronach as a go to scotch and they have a few options under $100. Also enjoy Oban 14 yr, which comes in around $80.
I second Glendronach
Gordon Graham’s Black Bottle Scotch is $25 and it’s really easy to enjoy
Oban and Balvenie
If you like Peat the port Charlotte 10 is a really great value.
Oban 14
Any Bruichaddich other than Octomore (due to cost).

Balvenie 14 year, hands down
This is hard with geography driving cost.
Most bottles of Mortlach from an independent bottler with higher ABV.
Also Benromach 10 yo.
Ardbeg ftw
Balvenie 12 Double Wood or Oban 14
Best for me is either Oban 14 or Highland Park 12.
Talisker is my favorite for the price. But you better love the peat!
Oban and Ardbeg
Dalwhinnie is my fav under $100
