Best shoes for work that aren’t Rothy’s. Go! (I recent bought a pair of Tom’s slingback heels and a wedge and they’re both pretty decent.)

I love my patent leather Christian Louboutins simple pumps (85mm), Gucci horsebit loafers, or on a super casual day Chloe ballet flats.

I just got some Clark's women's oxfords. The most comfortable shoes I've ever owned.

Yes love AGL! Flats that look appropriate with a suit.

Loafers/pumps with wider footbed (Gucci, Prada, Tory Burch) are worth the investment. Ideally you go with block heel in the 2-3inch range - comfort but still some style.

AGL for staying power and comfort

I cleared the technical interview in LTI.
It's been almost 3 weeks now I had my HR discussion and submitted the documents, however my offer is pending.

I tried to connect with HR, she said it is pending for BU go-ahead.

Is there anyone else facing this issue.
Just trying to understand if they will release the offer.

Additional Posts in Female Bosses

Question for senior female bosses. I have an opportunity to network with a senior woman across the pond - what, from your perspective, makes for a good mentor/mentee relationship? My only female mentor is my direct boss and my other mentors are senior men that I’ve known for years and have a relaxed / friendly relationship with.

I really want to get the most out of this but haven’t built a formal relationship with a senior woman before (particularly with a culture difference)

I have a brand new person on my team- she is totally new to the field, has recently returned to the workforce (solo mom of 3 teens), is very smart. I knew when I hired her that I’d have to lean in to get her to where she needed to be. She has a ton of potential but lacks experience in a professional setting. I need to help her level up her written communication skills. Any suggestions on books, resources, strategies? She is learning by doing and takes feedback but I want more supports for her.
