I just got RFE for my H1B extension yesterday and my current visa expires in July. I have 3 months to work under current visa and after that, it is uncertain depending on the decision from USCIS. When should I start communicating the visa issue with my project team? Now, 1-2 month after, or after I get decision? Should I prepare contingency plans (plan B, C etc) now or wait until I get more clarity on wht the RFE is about? (Dont have detailed RFE letter yet, only found out through case tracker)
