Have an offer (30%hike) from Accenture Management Consulting. Current org is matching pay and trying to retain with Retention Bonus and claw back.

Am very comfortable in current org. I want to understand if Accenture MC would offer WLB and growth (I see ppl getting promoted only after staying in the same role for yrs together)

I got offer of 14.2 lpa, 3.5 lakhs as joining bonus. Heard Accenture is having less job security in current phase. Should I join or leave it as I have other offer as well with similar pay scale. Please suggest

I am having doubts in my mind regarding a job offer. I have been working for more than 4 years in Accenture and now I am being promoted to analyst level in September. With market correction and promotion, I might get somewhere around 30% increment. However, wipro has given me an offer with around 55% hike on my current salary but on senior associate level only. Should I take that offer or stay at Accenture only?

I have total 13 years of experience and relevant is 12.I got offer from Capgemini today for grade C2.
In the discussions.. I was not aware about their band structure so I accepted it but I saw few ppl with 9 yrs exp also getting C2.
Shall I accept the offer or talk with HR for D1 band. Not sure If they ll change it. They gave 85% hike over my current CTC.
