Melatonin works well for me. I used to have really bad sleep issues with my stimulant medication. It was the worst when I was on Adderall. I would stay up the entire night and go multiple days without sleeping. I switched to Vyvanse and was good for a bit, then the sleeping problems came back so I went down a dosage by 10mg. Now I just take 1-3mg of melatonin and I’m USUALLY ok. I have to make sure I am moving enough during the day go tire myself out a bit.

It works well for me. I feel like my gummies are the ones that work the best. I take two of the 10mg gummies and I am out like a light.

I also use melatonin. I usually have to take atleast 2 of the 10mg gummies. I typically don't have to use it all that often. I haven't noticed a disruption to my sleep unless I take my adderall too late in the evening.

I finished a book last week. It took me 4 hours to read about 300 pages. For avid readers that’s not much of an accomplish, but I haven’t been able to read in 10 years due to my ADHD. I’m so happy and hope I can pick up reading for good again 😊

The dentist wouldn’t even consider any other options because he doesn’t believe there is a good temporary fix… (More in comments)

Regular Runners: how do you break up your run schedule?

I have a 3 runs right now (long, med, sprint) at around 10 miles/week but am wondering if it may be more advantageous to just do more days at the moderate pace. My sprint workout is the same every week pretty much though I add maybe one interval every other week. Interested to hear what others do - do you switch up sprint workouts, run every day, or have a strict program?

I'm not training for anything specific. I'm also lifting. Thanks!

I’ve taken Adderall for several years & it has helped a lot for my ADHD. However, recently I have been increasingly overwhelmed with balancing work, school, & home life. I am really struggling to manage my symptoms even while taking the maximum ER dosage. I recently started taking Strattera as well, but haven’t noticed much improvement. My doctor has suggested switching to Vyvanse instead. What are your thoughts on Vyvanse vs Adderall? Has anyone has had more success with it?
