Best social shop to work in Chicago?

So, I want to move back to India, wondering when is a good time. I am a Senior Con with loads of IT and Biz strategy experience over the last 3.5 years. I don't mind going back and working in consulting (not US support) or product manager/biz dev roles that pay 18+ annually. Any suggestions? How easy is it to move within EY? My partner is supportive

Okay pay for A&M is higher but from the deals i have come accross i am not impressed at all. I would say from firms i have seem accross only EY had some constitent degree of fdd quality and impressive analyses. Which FDD firm do you think produce the smartest and hard to contest reports? Currently working as a process engineer in switzerland (south east). Salarys and Rent are Medium High. Current salary around 80k. Trying to switch to sales (same company). Had a talk with the teamleader. He talked about the job and told me that they were actually looking for a junior sales (and some product management responsibilities ). That they are looking for a junior isn't to bad, because i have no experience in sales (customer contact yes, but no sales) What salary can i expect?
